Returns
As part of your statutory rights, Any item may be returned or cancelled within 7 days of receipt and sent back to us providing they are in its original unused condition with any tags/ packaging intact. You must notify us by email of your intention to cancel, stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will then issue you with a returns number that you must quote on the parcel when returning the goods. If you return or cancel your order we reserve the right to levy a 15% restocking fee. Outgoing delivery is non refundable and you will have to pay for the delivery back to us yourself. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation number.
Please ensure the size ordered is correct as we cannot accept returns that have been worn due to hygiene reasons.
Items which have had tags removed or worn cannot be retuned due to Hygiene reasons
We check all items during the packaging of orders, however If goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery please email us with details and we will provide return/replacement details. Any Fault/Damage Claims have to be reported within 24 hours of receipt, any claims outside this period will be rejected
We can only accept returns by mail as our office and warehouse are located separately
